Orders placed through Spectrum Medical Diagnostics are processed as quickly as possible.
Customers may request a cancellation within 24 hours of placing an order, provided the order has not yet been processed, prepared for shipment, or dispatched.
Please note that some products may require additional fulfillment time. In certain cases, inventory may need to be replenished prior to shipment, which may extend processing and delivery timelines. Our team works to fulfill orders as quickly as possible, and customers are welcome to contact us at any time to request an updated estimated time of arrival (ETA).
Once an order has entered the processing or shipping stage, it cannot be cancelled.
All completed and fulfilled orders are final sale and are not eligible for cancellation, return, or refund, except in cases where products are received damaged or incorrect.
